Refunds are not available for services that have been used to complete document signings, as the service has been rendered once a document is signed electronically.

Our support team will review your request and notify you of the approval status. If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed using the original method of payment.

Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear on your account statement, depending on your bank's processing times.

Non-Refundable Services

Some services provided by Fyntor are non-refundable. These include custom document templates, premium integrations, and expedited document processing services. Detailed descriptions of these services are provided during the purchase process.

Fees related to document storage and archiving services are also non-refundable once the document is uploaded and processed.

Chargebacks

Chargebacks are not an acceptable method for disputing charges on your Fyntor account. If you encounter issues with our services or have questions about charges, please contact our customer support team for assistance before initiating a chargeback.

Engaging in a chargeback without following our refund process may result in the suspension of your Fyntor account and legal action.

Fyntor reserves the right to contest chargebacks and may charge a fee for administrative costs associated with processing chargebacks initiated in violation of our refund policy.

Fyntor is not liable for disruptions caused by factors outside our control, including issues related to user equipment, third-party services, or force majeure events.

Subscription Cancellations

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through your Fyntor account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing period, and no refunds will be provided for the period in which the cancellation request is made.

To avoid charges for the next billing cycle, please ensure you cancel your subscription at least 48 hours before the renewal date. Fyntor will confirm the cancellation and provide any necessary instructions for discontinuing service.

Refunds for canceled subscriptions are only available in cases where the subscription has not been used, in accordance with our usage policies and refund terms.
