We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 30 days, you can request a full refund by contacting our support team.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the terms.

Calowra's liability to you for any direct damages shall be limited to the amounts paid by you to Calowra in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, Calowra's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Calowra and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the service, or b) a breach of these terms.
This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these terms and your use of the service. You agree that Calowra shall have the right to participate in the defense of any such claim through counsel of its own choosing at your expense.
