Cylrin offers the following subscription plans:
Basic Plan: Includes image recognition, limited API calls, email support, and standard features
Standard Plan:Includes image recognition, increased API calls, priority email support, customizable reporting, and advanced features.
Premium Plan:Includes image recognition, high API call limit, priority email and phone support, customizable reporting, advanced features, real-time processing, and a dedicated account manager.
Enterprise Plan:Includes image recognition, unlimited API calls, 24/7 priority support, customizable reporting, advanced features, real-time processing, a dedicated account manager, custom integration, and a service level agreement (SLA).
All subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as per the selected plan. You agree to pay all applicable fees promptly. Cylrin reserves the right to change subscription fees at any time. Any changes will be effective at the start of the next billing cycle after you have been notified of the price change.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support@cylrin.com. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period. Refunds will not be provided for any partial billing periods.
You agree to use Cylrin in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You are prohibited from using the service to:
Upload, post, or otherwise transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers or networks connected to the service.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or other accounts, computer systems, or networks.
All content, features, and functionality on Cylrin, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the exclusive property of Cylrin or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the service without express written permission from Cylrin.
Cylrin provides the service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the service, including but not limited to its accuracy, reliability, or availability.
