User Agreement
By creating an account on Pyrith, you agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
Pyrith reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at its sole discretion.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on Pyrith. If you are under 18, you may use Pyrith only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
You agree not to use Pyrith for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these terms and conditions. You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, usernames, graphics, images, photographs, profiles, audio, video, and links that you submit, post, and display on Pyrith.
You agree not to harass, abuse, or harm other users or interfere with the normal functioning of Pyrith. You also agree not to access Pyrith using automated means (such as bots or scripts) without our prior permission.
Pyrith reserves the right to remove any Content that violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable, and to suspend or terminate your account if you engage in prohibited conduct.
All content included on Pyrith, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Pyrith or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
You may not systematically extract and/or re-utilize parts of the contents of Pyrith without our express written consent. You may not use any meta tags or any other "hidden text" utilizing Pyrith's name or trademarks without our express written consent.
Pyrith respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact us at support@pyrith.com.

If you purchase any products or services on Pyrith, you agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your purchase. Payment must be made using a valid payment method accepted by Pyrith.

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

We do not warrant that Pyrith will be constantly available or available at all, or that the information on Pyrith is complete, true, accurate, or non-misleading.

You agree to indemnify and hold Pyrith and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these terms and conditions or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
This indemnity provision shall survive termination of these terms and conditions.
